Development
Our team has personally led over $5Bn+ in development projects and been personally responsible for the entitlement of over 10M sq.ft of GFA across Canada in the mixed-use and industrial asset classes. We take a "boots on the ground" approach to guide and manage the entire development process from initial concept to zoning entitlement all the way through construction and sale or stabilization. Our extensive network of industry leading professionals and market intelligence allows us to effectively execute on any project.
Asset Management
With 30+ years of experience in asset management our team has been responsible for the management of over $6Bn+ in real estate during that time. We have experience in successfully building out and implementing full asset management and operations platforms as well as creating and implementing sound operations and asset management strategies to ensure proper execution of the investment thesis and delivery of the required returns.
